She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Master of Arts in Teacher Leadership from Rider University, with a research focus on literacy development. She holds certifications as a secondary English teacher and educational supervisor. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Creative Writing and Literature at Harvard Extension School, continuing to strengthen her professional expertise in literature, writing, and educational research. With more than 22 years of experience teaching high school English, she has taught English courses at a wide range of levels. She has developed curriculum for AP Language and Composition and 10th-grade English, aligning course content with the New Jersey Student Learning Standards for English Language Arts and College Board requirements. She currently serves as a high school English teacher in New Jersey and as a College Board AP Language and Composition reader. She also provides reading and writing tutoring, specializing in high school English, AP Language and Composition, academic writing, reading comprehension, and test preparation for the SAT, NJSLA, and NJGPA.
