Holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Pennsylvania State University, a Master’s degree in English Education, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. With more than 20 years of experience in English teaching and curriculum development, he spent a decade teaching middle and high school English Language Arts, where he also introduced the first AP English course. In addition, he served as an Associate Professor of English at Pennsylvania State University, teaching college-level writing and literature courses and guiding students in developing their academic writing and critical thinking skills.
