Josephine is a Korean-American artist, translator, interpreter, and Korean teacher. She has 10+ years of experience in the performing arts and arts education field. She holds a Master's Arts degree in Educational Theater from New York University. She grew up and lived in Seoul until her college years, where she studied for Chinese Language and Theater for Bachelor's of Arts degree from Kyunghee University and moved to NYC in 2014. In NYC, she possesses 5+ years of experience as a teaching artist for music and theater and as a language teacher in school settings, academy and community sectors. As an interpreter, she’s been hired for government conferences, community townhall meetings, public schools board members meetings with parents and teachers, high school IEP meetings, regents exams, medical check ups, foster families and private hospital patient cares, special child support, and voting sites for elections.
